User research in the VR-Store to review new retail concepts and optimize the customer journey. The results have been used to already eliminate vulnerabilities during the planning phase and to optimize the store layout.

HOLOSHIP: Arcade Game

HOLOSHIP is an interpretation of the classic "Battleship" in the 3D space. The players position the ships and projectiles with the touch board and see the hits or misses as a holographic projection in 3D.

AS Pro is an innovative coating used in hot forming of high-strength steels. On the web, at trade fairs and in customer meetings, the explanatory video offers a compact introduction of the new technology in the form of infotainment.

METRO: Mobile Instore AR

The in-store customer journey was explored with the use of augmented reality. Prototypically, six cases of application were tested in the store, and a B2B customer survey was conducted. The results were incorporated into the service design.

thyssenkrupp: Key Visual Design

Development of the Selectrify Key Visual for web, print & trade fair communication. The CAD data was prepared, missing components were redesigned and 3D modeled. Afterwards, the model was rendered in different variants.
